I specialize in private and group classes in both fitness and martial arts. My personal goal is to be the best version of myself I can be, and I extend this goal to all of my clients: realize your potential and then surpass it; become a better you.
A typical session consists of warming up with a joint-mobility complex, dynamic stretches, ballistic movements to increase your heart rate, followed by a circuit-based routine that will include exercises selected specifically to cater to your goals. I dedicate a portion of each session to focus on skill building, wherein I instruct you on how to properly perform each exercise. Safety is my number one priority; I will never push anyone into injury.
Like most things in life, the progress you make will be determined by your consistency. Committing to a month will yield more sustainable results than committing to a day, and so on. For this reason, it’s more cost-effective to invest in a package rather than a single session. Remember, improvements occur over time.
