I’m a Los Angeles based Personal Trainer and Martial Artist. I’ve been training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since I was 16, and began teaching at Robot Fight & Fitness in January of 2012. After instructing a variety of group fitness classes for almost 2 years, I started my career as a personal trainer in October of 2013 with Equinox . My personal goal has always been to be the best version of myself I can be: physically, mentally, socially and so on.
I graduated from college at 19 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and pursued a career in research thereafter. I worked as a senior research associate at UCLA and eventually as a project manager for Yale before realizing that I wasn’t meant to be working in a cubicle or sitting at some desk behind a computer for the rest of my life. I promptly switched paths to pursue a career in health & fitness, and haven’t looked back since.
When I’m not teaching or training, I enjoy indulging in the simpler things in life; mainly donuts (on occasion), wrestling with my dog “Butters”, dancing with friends or foraging through vintage clothes at thrift stores.
